As the apartments become available, preference is given to Veteran households from the City’s affordable housing wait list. In collaboration with the City of Brea and community partners, Innovative Housing Opportunities provides services to the residents and the neighboring community that include health, safety, counseling services, and social programs via IHO’s “Pop‐Up Services” program.
